White Alentejo DOC White
The wine Vinyle 2023 is made with grapes from a century-old vineyard located in Serra de São Mamede.
It was vinified and aged in two 500 liter barrels previously used to vinify Sidecar 2020 with the renowned champagne producer Emmanuel Lassaigne who previously used them to vinify the freerun wine of one of his best champagnes.
The name Vinyle is a tribute to Emmanuel’s great passion: music and vinyl records.
Subtle and delicate nose is the result of the combination between the aroma of the Serra de São Mamede vineyards and the barrels filled with Champagne freerun wines, which gives it a unique complexity that is transmitted in the mouth.
