White Portalegre DOC Wine
Sharing moments, ideas and experiences with people who are passionate about wine is something that I have always enjoyed and encouraged which is why I decided to create SIDECAR.
Each year I invite someone different to make a wine in my cellar and interpret with their vision and creativity the fantastic vineyards of Serra de São Mamede.
This year I invited my fellow countryman from Rias Baixas, Jose Luis Aragunde who decided to make a white wine in a chestnut barrel.
The result will definitely surprise you!
Citrine color, fresh, elegant and subtle aroma with chestnut wood completely integrated. In the mouth it is elegant, vibrant and its freshness immediately transports us to Serra de São Mamede.
All these characteristics make it a wine with great aging potential.
