White Alentejo DOC Wine
Procura na Ânfora comes from an exceptional 85-year-old vineyard, located at 700 meters above sea level in the Serra de São Mamede.
The Ânforas, or Talhas, are the traditional winemaking system in Alentejo, although Talha Whites were traditionally vinified with skin contact and without temperature control.
Procura na Ânfora is vinified after pressing and decanting, with temperature control, to preserve the characteristics of the extraordinary vineyard from which the grapes come.
The nose is intense and complex, very mineral and with citrus notes. In the mouth it is deep and full-bodied, a perfect symbiosis of the minimality and freshness of the Serra de São Mamede with the elegance of the Amphorae.
